The NBA is in its off-season, but the basketball action never stops. We’ve got the FIBA World Championships fast approaching, we’ve just seen Summer League and “The Decision” and before you know it we’ll be entering the 2010/11 NBA season — a season that should boast some intriguing big-name rivalries.
In the meantime, we at Stacheketball are looking to reload our roster. Maybe not in the same dramatic way as the Miami Heat have done, but perhaps more in the way that the Los Angeles Lakers added some key players to head into the new season fully poised to perform.
So we’re putting the call out there for new players. Would you like to write about the NBA (and broader basketball) for Stacheketball? Whether your passion for basketball writing stems from deep journalistic urges (perhaps you are studying journalism) or fanatical NBA fandom, we’re happy to have you on board.
We have a solid stable of writers here and importantly, we have a real-life editor (that’s me!) — meaning that you get the support you need to produce quality articles, complete with well-formatted images, videos and proof-read grammar and spelling. This is the ideal way to make your way into the world of basketball-writing — or simply to voice your opinions on all things NBA on a highly promoted platform.
If you’re interested in writing for Stacheketball and want to find out more, then contact us and we’ll get right back to you.
