“El Heat” is Spanish for ……. “The Heat”

“El Heat” is Spanish for ……. “The Heat”. I am sorry, but I could not resist. I saw this attempt “The Heat” made to attract Spanish fans, and it reminded me of Chris Farley’s “El Nino” impression.

I mean, come on. Are there any people in the world that do not know that “The Heat” is also “El Heat”? Also, why is it not “El Caliente” or something like that? The world may never know.

its completely reiculous.. shameless attempt to get Hispanics to latch to a sport thay they clearly don't really love…The NBA has alinenated most of the population and is clearly dying.. OMG its rediculous… over priced and just boring.. I am sorry NBA but Soccer takes the hears of Hispanics and will hit up the whites too… u are all finished!! EL Heat.. really..

Labron James has done more to damage the NBA perminently..I try not to make race an issue but it sort of is… Most Hispanics do not wanna see a bunch of black men sweat and run up and down a court… why.. all u want to proove is how high you can jump and that is what basketball is today.. its garbage… College Basketball is a totally different thing..that I respect alot but NBA… Ghetto..Ghetto ..Ghetto!!!

    Professional sports:
Baseball = Dying a slow death..sooner the better
Hockey = Decline..over hyped and just diluted.. just a gimmic maker
Basketball =Urban hip hop ethos killing a beautiful game… dying out like baseball
Football= going strong.. strike or lock out may hurt..
Soccer= Coming up and with latin population is the main sport and always will be
