The NBA All-Star Weekend Dunk Competition of 2010 has been denounced by most, if not all NBA watchers as a failure and utter disappointment. In the short time since the dunk comp took place, I’ve already lost count of how many times television announcers have exclaimed, “that dunk would have won the dunk comp this year!”

This dunk from Gerald Wallace against the Memphis Grizzlies, himself a dunk comp participant this year, is one such dunk which I think had more excitement to it than what the Bobcat provided in Dallas.
